The Supreme Court’s recent ruling which removes regulation for political spending by corporations is a major blow to personal freedoms and an unbiased government.  In short, this ruling will treat corporations as citizens instead of as businesses and will allow them to spend an unlimited amount of money in the political arena.  Potential consequences could be devastating to our government.

As they say, everybody has a price.  Therefore, corporations could now ‘buyout’ your congressman and use him or her as their personal pawn to pass regulation favorable to the corporation’s agenda.  But, remember, this cronyism isn’t limited to just Congress.  Every elected office is in danger of this.
